CEMSI, CPI join EARTH HOUR 2023

Manila, Philippines – In our second year, Cleanway Environmental Management Solutions Inc. and Cleanaway Philippines Inc. will simultaneously shut down its electricity for Earth Hour 2023. The participating treatment plant in South Luzon is located Maguyam Silang, Province of Cavite. This 3.3 hectares facility is the main plant and the largest facility nearest to Manila. Another plant in the island of Luzon is located in Cutcut II Capas, Province of Tarlac. Established in 2019, the North Plant is a 2.98 hectares catering to industrial and medical facilities in Central and Northern Luzon. Finally, the 5-hectare treatment plant located in Libertad Isabel, Province of Leyte is in the heart of Visayas serving the industrial and medical needs of the region and its adjacent communities. All three plants will participate in Earth Hour 2023 on March 25, Saturday at 8:30 in the evening. The companies will also relaunch their sustainability campaign on plastic segregation to collect the growing volume of plastic waste incurred from home deliveries and the packaging of online shopping.
