CEMSI Chairman awards Excellence Prize for outstanding waste researches
CEMSI Chairman and CEO Herminio S. Esguerra graciously gave the Excellence Awards for outstanding solid and hazardous waste studies in the online forum of the 5th Philippine Solid and Hazardous Waste Management and International Circular Economy-based Waste Management Conference 2021. Members of the academe and local government units all over the Philippines presented their studies and accomplishments during the program.
Presented by the DENR, United Nations Environment Program, ASEAN UN/SEED-NET, JICA and ASSIST together with experts from Osaka, Tokyo and Vienna.

The Herminio S. Esguerra Excellence Awards, now on its second year, recognizes outstanding
papers and presenters. Presenting authors and all co-authors receive complimentary
