CEMSI Silang joins Silang LGU in the Riverside Re-greening Program

Silang, Cavite – CEMSI joins the Local Government Unit of Silang in its riverside re-greening program in Barangays Litlit and Kalubkob last 27 September. As its business and its mission, CEMSI is dedicated in the community’s environmental projects led by the locality’s Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO). Silang’s PNP and BFP actively participate in the event along with several members of the private sector. It is a big challenge to rehabiltate the steep slopes of the riverside but through collaborative community effort, this is achievable. The town is known for its deep gorges, flowing water and lush foliage covering kilometers of river systems in the mountainous portion of the Cavite province.
